Incyte Project Manager

IPM is a web-based TODO-List / project manager thing. It has long been abandoned by its original author, and I needed it for a project of mine...

This is IPM v0.10, based on the last official release and with several modifications and updates by myself. The most important update is support for I18N (internationalisation, aka multi-language support).

IPM requires PHP support and a MySQL database. Installation instructions and everything else is inside the archive.
